1. Lemon juice 1 cup 檸檬汁 1杯 、2. Ginger juice 1 cup 薑 汁 1杯、 3. Garlic juice 1 cup
蒜 汁 1杯 、4. Apple vinegar 1 cup 蘋果醋 1杯。

Mix all above and boil in light flame approximately for half hour. When it becomes 3 cups, take it out and keep it for cooling.把它們全部混合在一起, 慢火煮約半小時。當它濃縮成3杯時,取出,並使它冷卻。

On 27th October afternoon, I had severe heart attack symptom and I was rushed to the hospital. 10月27日下午,我有嚴重的心臟病發作症狀,我被緊急送往醫院。

My food timings are: Breakfast/ No Breakfast: 11.00 a.m. Lunch: 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. Dinner: 11:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. 我的進食時間表是: 早餐/不吃早餐:上午11時 午餐:下午3時至下午4時 晚餐:晚上11時至午夜12點

Sleeping in very odd timings. 睡眠有一個很奇怪的時間表。 Going to bed between 12:00 to 3:00 a.m. Waking up at between 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. 午夜12:00至半夜3:00之間上床睡覺 上午9:00至10:30之間醒來 Some times spending sleepless nights. 有時候通宵不眠。............待續
