1. Lemon juice 1 cup 檸檬汁 1杯、 2. Ginger juice 1 cup 薑 汁 1杯 、3. Garlic juice 1 cup 蒜 汁 1杯 、4. Apple vinegar 1 cup 蘋果醋 1杯。

Mix all above and boil in light flame approximately for half hour. When it becomes 3 cups, take it out and keep it for cooling. 把它們全部混合在一起, 慢火煮約半小時。當它濃縮成3杯時,取出,並使它冷卻。......


I used to eat heavily because of long gaps between lunch and dinner and I used to make sure that Non-Veg is available most of the time, there were times when I did survey on city hotels to find delicious Non-Veg dishes. Genetic problems, we cannot avoid but we can get away from it by having regular checkups.

Find a way to get relived from the stress (Yoga, Meditation etc).
