Take a 10-30 minutes walk every day.And while you walk, smile.
每天面帶微笑地最少行走十至三十分鐘。

Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
每天至少靜坐十分鐘。
Sleep for 7 hours.睡7个小时
Live with the 3 E‘s : Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy.
生活中常存活力、熱情和同情。

Play more games.多玩游戏。

Drink plenty of water.喝大量水。

Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.

多吃长在树上的食物和植物,少吃人工制造的食物。

Eat breakfast like a king, 早餐吃得像皇帝,
lunch like a prince 中餐吃得像王子,

and dinner like a beggar.晚餐吃得像乞丐

Make time to practice meditation, yoga,and prayer. They provide us with daily fuel for our busy lives.
讓时间来练习幻想,瑜珈和祈祷。他们为我们在繁忙的日常生活中提供每天的燃料。

Dream more while you are awake.清醒時多作幻想。

Smile and laugh more. 更多的微笑和欢乐。
Try to make at least three people smile each day. 每天至少面对三个人微笑。

Don‘t have negative thoughts about things you cannot control. Instead invest your energyin the positivepresent moment.
